The proposed Athabasca Pipeline Twinning Project is regulated by the Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board ("ERCB"). Other federal, provincial and municipal permits are also required for this project. Enbridge Athabasca filed an application with the ERCB on March 30, 2012. Subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals, it is anticipated that the Project would begin construction in late 2013.
