Enbridge Gas Distribution is Canada’s largest gas distribution utility and one of the fastest growing in North America. Enbridge Gas Distribution and its affiliates serve about 2 million customers in central and eastern Ontario, southwestern Quebec and parts of northern New York State. Delivering energy for over 160 years, Enbridge Gas Distribution added more than 40,000 new customers in 2010.

In addition, Enbridge owns:

• Enbridge Gas New Brunswick (EGNB), which owns the natural gas distribution franchise in the province of New Brunswick
• 32.1 per cent of Noverco Inc., which holds a majority interest in Gaz Métro Limited Partnership, the company that distributes natural gas in Quebec

We are positioning ourselves for opportunities such as new infrastructure for gas-fired power generation in Ontario and growth in Enbridge’s unregulated businesses, including natural gas storage.
