The Company
Tonbridge Power Inc. was incorporated in October 2003 under the name “JJR Capital Ventures Inc.” In August 2005, after a successful qualifying transaction which took the company public; the company changed its name to Tonbridge Power.
Tonbridge Power Inc. has 4 wholly owned subsidiaries of which MATL is the sole operating company. Shares for the corporation can be purchased via the TSX-V under the symbol “TBZ”.
The business of the corporation is to develop, finance, own and operate power transmission assets. The current business plan covers the transmission and distribution of power. The Corporation's current focus is to provide transmission capacity to shippers in Alberta and the United States via a merchant power line. The services are sold through a competitive open season process thereby maintaining a fair market price.
Upon completion of the MATL project, Tonbridge Power Inc. will continue to develop power transmission projects preserving the merchant structure.
