Regulatory Information
The Norealis Pipeline Project is regulated by the Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB). On April 6, 2011, Enbridge Athabasca received full ERCB approval for the Project. For more information on the ERCB, you can visit their website at www.ercb.ca.
