The Company

Tonbridge Power Inc. is a market pioneer in the independent development of transmission power projects in North America. The company develops, owns and operates power transmission. Currently Tonbridge Power has 3 projects in various stages of development.

Through Tonbridge Power Inc., investors can participate in the development of urgently required power transmission infrastructure. Tonbridge’s business model, which brings on stream transmission projects much faster than incumbent utilities, allows for the delivery of clean power in an otherwise constrained environment. In addition, this new transmission has added the benefit of strengthening the existing grids to which it interconnects.

Project Pipeline Summary:

MATL Project – Montana Alberta Tie Ltd.:

The MATL Line is under construction. This 300MW bi-directional power line will connect the power grids of Lethbridge, Alberta with Great Falls, Montana. In its first stage of operations the MATL line is project to bring to market 600MW of renewable, clean power. Commercial operations are scheduled for 2011.

The Green Line – Big Sky Green Power Inc.:

The Green Line project is currently in the Feasibility Phase of development. This line consists of a 100 mile extension of the MATL project and is planning to connect to “The Colstrip Line” in the Columbia region of Montana. In accordance with the Green Line Project, Tonbridge Power Inc. has entered into an anchor tenant agreement with Gaelectric North America Inc. Gaelectric is an experienced wind developer with an installed capacity of 10GigaWatts.

MATL Upgrade – Montana Alberta Tie Ltd.:

The “upgrade project” is the next natural stage of the MATL line as the installed conduits have a physical capacity to carry close to 600MW each way instead of the currently approved 300MW. The scope of the project is being assessed and the goal is to expand the current 300MW path rating each way to 550MW which maintains acceptable down times. Tonbridge Power will initiate steps to significantly increase energy flow in both directions.
